SAM Olympic Sculpture Park

As promised in an earlier post, here are the pictures from our trip to see Geoff McFetridge's new installation up at the Sculpture Park.  It's located in the SAM Cafe and will be up for about a year.

This was a room where you could listen and watch a series of 3 videos mounted into handmade books.  It looked like animation over live action and it was funny and serene at the same time.

This wallpaper is called "US" and it looked wonderful up on the wall of the cafe.  I wish this could go up in offices all over the country!

i went to see this same exhibit and found that they were stil installing it. there was a guy taking photos and i asked him if it was alright to take them as well. found out it was Geoff. did not really know what to say, it kind of violates spectator/artist distance, but it was still cool to meet him. i have not made it back to see it fully complete yet but i can see in your photos that it would be worth it.
